At Dip N Sip, most of our images are a sketch process! We provide the image with carbon paper all prepared for you to sketch. Once it has been traced, we rip it off and start the painting fun!

All bookings must be made via our online booking system or by emailing us if you have a big group booking or gift voucher – unfortunately, at this time we will NOT be accepting cash payments on arrival.
We provide all the paint and art resources, canvases, easels, towels, paintbrushes and even Wine and Champagne glasses for your sipping leisure!
We understand that at times these things can happen. Cancellations of a booking at any time, up to 48 hours before the class start time- and you we offer a re-book of your session based on availabilities. Re-bookings are processed as store credit: you’re able to book a new session straight away or plan again another time.
However, any cancellations in a time frame less than this, will incur a $20 re-booking fee per person.
All participants in our studio must be over the age of 18. However, special school and private events that are run independently are the exception.
Of course! We suggest easy to eat snacks that you can munch on whilst painting. We provide paper plates on request for any snacks or bites should you decide to bring some nibbles. We also have a Big refrigerator stocked up with Non- Alcoholic beverages should you wish to purchase some of these!
We will absolutely endeavour to seat you next to your family and friends on the same time. This will all depend on the number of people booking in your group and overall seat positioning.
We believe that the early bird catches the worm, so come in and secure your seating arrangements upon arrival.
There is a fridge at the studio to keep your drinks chilled during the session. We also provide glassware and bottle openers, however staff are not permitted to pour or serve your drinks, as this studio is BYO, it will all be handled by yourself!

If Covid Requirements stipulate that we need to close our studio again, we will issue you a full refund or credit voucher valid for 3 years – whichever you prefer!
Claimed Service NSW discover vouchers can not be refunded in the form of cash or bank transfer for any cancelled COVID-19 postponements or cancellations.
However, we will honour the claims for any future rebookings.
At Dip N Sip, you are welcome to utilise our Refridgerator for the storage of food and beverages.

COVID-19
To ensure the health and safety of our all our customers, as well as our team, we will be making some changes to our sessions and implementing additional hygiene and social distancing measures at our studios, such as (however not limited to):
- We will provide your group with hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes upon entry. These will also be readily available throughout the session on each table. Just ask one of our friendly team members if you need more of these resources at any time
- Constant and regular cleaning and wiping down of all contact surfaces and equipment utilised throughout the session
- Deep cleaning and sanitisation prior to the start and at end of every session
- To minimise contact, all equipment will be set ahead of the session. This includes paint palettes and paint will be pumped and distributed ahead of the session by our team. If you require additional paint throughout the session, please let the team know and we can happily assist.
- We request everyone joining us for a session to regularly wash their hands and participate in good hygiene practices.
- If you are not feeling well and/or have a fever and displaying symptoms, please do not attend one of our sessions until it is safe to do so. If you do not feel well and have a booking, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. If you display severe symptoms, we may not allow you entry or may ask you to leave the premises during the session.
